Coaching is a valuable tool for both high performers ready to step up and team members who may be struggling in specific areas. Offering coaching is always well received, but it requires trust—because, as with all coaching, confidentiality is key. However, we provide progress updates and can also collaborate with the individual’s manager to offer additional support.

We love the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). This is a fantastic tools to use in any organisation that prizes collaboration and wants to harness the best from everyone in the team. We are every bit as enthusiastic about Clifton Strengths. This incredibly accurate assessment confirms to us our innate talents. Once we understand what we have naturally underneath our bonnets, we can accurately point those strengths at anything we need to achieve.

As coaches and facilitators we tackle these topics head-on, with a practical, down to earth approach. We educate through training and we coach those facing a bump in their road.​

A sudden drop in confidence, or an erosion of self-possession, can happen to the most surprising people. We have a specific programme for overcoming Imposter Syndrome.

Long-range succession and retirement planning

COVID destroyed the retirement plans of a great many people. At the same time, people are increasingly choosing to look for another career, instead of full retirement. We work with people in both situations to help them plan their next steps.

We also work with organisations to shorten the period of uncertainty caused by a change in leadership.

Supporting leaders from diverse backgrounds

We began supporting women in positions of leadership, including through the menopause. We realised subsequently that others need specialist support to lead with confidence when they find themselves in the minority for whatever reason.

At the heart of the work we do, we enable people to succeed authentically.  People who operate authentically outperform those who don't - it is a genuine blueprint for success.

We respond to such needs as they arise, not because they are "hot topics", but because the concerns of employers and employees evolve. We can provide a more exhaustive list of the topics we have tackled through education and coaching.

We believe we demonstrate that harnessing differences can be extremely beneficial.

We both began our journeys in blue chip professional services firms in different continents. In those worlds we learned the importance of accuracy, delivery and impact.

We met six years ago while working for an SME lender—Heather as an Organisational Psychologist & Coach, and Jenefer as Head of People. Despite our differences, we connected instantly. Our contrasting styles bring a valuable balance to our work. When working within organisations, having diverse approaches ensures we can connect with and support a wide range of personalities.

We’re always happy to provide one-off training or coaching. But our greatest impact comes from building long-term, trust-based partnerships with organisations.

The way in which we work has a big impact on your organisation, so we won't do anything without meeting you face to face, seeing your premises and getting an understanding of your organisation. We tailor everything we do to our audience and can only do this with knowledge and understanding.

We work face to face and remotely.

Heather is in Norfolk and Jen lives outside Bristol and we are very happy to travel. However, having supported an international team for some years, we also know how to create the same level of impact online. We won't run up travel expenses unnecessarily, but will work with you to strike the right balance for your team.

We will give you a clear plan with key deliverables.

Everything we do has a structure, a time expectation and key deliverables. We are clear on how long our work will take, the commitment required from your team (in terms of attending coaching/training, as an example) and we will describe how you can measure the impact of our work. Our pricing is upfront and simple.

Impact is created through participation.

Perhaps it's because we're coaches, but we drive up learning by creating coaching and training programmes in which participants are engaged. We know that the more people can participate, the more they will learn.  We know some audiences are tough, but we have tips and tricks to ensure no one wastes their time with us.
